Our down & feathers originated from the non-epizootic area and had been thoroughly washed, rinsed, and sterilized for one hour with clean water and professional detergent. After washing, it is dried in a professional drier with STEAM at 120 C degrees for 30 minutes, and bacteria were killed during steaming.

How do I place an Order?
It's a straightforward process. Initially, click on either the product image or product name to access detailed item information. To include an item in your order, specify the desired quantity in the Quantity box and then select the Add to Cart button.
When you're prepared to proceed to checkout, you have two alternatives. You can immediately click the Checkout Now button after adding an item to your cart. Alternatively, you can select the Cart or Checkout button located in the upper right-hand section on every page.
Upon reviewing the entire contents of your cart, clicking the Checkout Now button at the top of the page will present you with the choice between Guest Checkout or Sign In and Checkout.
After making your Sign In selection, you'll be prompted to fill out a series of forms containing your billing, shipping, and payment details. Once these forms are completed, simply click on Place Your Order. A confirmation page will display a summary of your transaction, which you can choose to print for your records. Additionally, a confirmation email with the transaction summary will be sent promptly.

How do I send items to multiple addresses?
